Inspired by Anglo-Saxon heritage, the botanicals within this Northumberland Gin reflect the richness of the Northumbrian countryside from the Cheviot Hills to the rugged coastline: heather and pine from the hills, elderberry and dill from the hedgerow, and Irish moss and sea buckthorn from the coast.
