About this gift
This pickle is quite literally the fruits of our gin-making. We've taken the leftover gin-steeped yuzu and apples from our Fresh Yuzu Gin and added sour cherries and a hint of spice. Perfect for leftover ham and turkey sandwiches, and brilliant on the side of a plate of cheeses and cold cuts. This year, our label artwork is by Sydney artist Kubi Vasak. It’s a hand-cut collage that brings together nostalgic Aussie Christmas traditions, native botanicals and plenty of festive colour.
