About this gift
Bauman's Cider's Oolong Cider is a collaboration with Drafters Tea Company. This botanical cider is infused with oolong tea leaves after fermentation of the cider is complete. The cider is steeped with special green oolong tea that is harvested and rolled by hand on a 5th generation family farm in Northern Thailand. The tea grows alongside native flowers, adding notes of orchids and passion fruit.
Dry cider with mouthwatering acidity and just a hint of tannins. Citrusy, earthy, and subtle tea notes supported and balanced by the juicy acidity and fresh apple notes.
About Drafters Tea Company: Since 2015, Drafters Tea has partnered with a generational tea-growing family in Chiang Rai province, whos grow their tea without pesticides and harvest leaves by hand from centuries-old tea trees. The award-winning Soft Branch Oolong Tea was grown in Thailand's first oolong garden alongside native flowers. Drafters is honored to share these rare, directly-imported, small-batch teas and the relationships behind them.
