About this gift
Eve's Cidery's Autumn's Gold is made from a blend of apples that balances the textural elements of European Bittersweet apples with the bright acid of American heirloom varieties in layers of unfolding aromatics.
Made from fruit grown on Eve's own farm & orchards. The cider is fermented naturally using native/wild yeast from the fruit and cidery. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral oak. After primary fermentation, the cider is blended and bottled. Secondary fermentation in bottle, then hand disgorged for a naturally sparkling cider made in the Traditional Method (a.k.a. Method Champenoise).
Eve's signature blend. This is the 2024 vintage (year fruit was grown and harvested) newly released in the fall of 2025. Fresh, juicy aromatics. Just a touch off-dry, with tasting notes of red ripe apple, fennel, and dried leaves. Balanced and bold tannins and acid, the mouthwatering acidity washes through the finish.
