About this gift
Isastegi's Sagardo Naturala is a traditional Basque cider (sagardo) made from a blend of primarily sharp apple varieties, including Errezil. Natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Notes of apple skin, orchard floor, pear, and mandarine zest. Pairs well with Filipino pork adobo or fish tacos. A classic, traditional style cider from Basque Country in Northern Spain.
This batch was bottled in Spring of 2026 - this is about as fresh as it gets for Spanish Ciders imported into the U.S.!
