The Bee Sting was created in collaboration with Miss Agave - the expert in agave spirits. With a tequila base to start, we hit it with lemon juice and pure honey before turning up the heat with a dash of cayenne. A black volcanic salted rim adds a completely unique complexity to this sweet & spicy cocktail. Spice to your desired heat, but be careful, this one can sting you.
The mouthwatering Jungle Bird was first concocted in Kuala Lumpur in the 1970s. It’s a spirit forward tiki cocktail built on Rum and Campari. While most tiki cocktails are sweet, the brilliant Campari addition adds a mild bitterness that creates a refreshingly complex taste. The cocktail is rounded out with pineapple juice, lime juice and a frothy top crafted from pineapple gum syrup for a smooth finish.
