These raw, in-shell lobster tails are ready for your grill! The shell protects the meat from the flame, letting you bring the robust flavors of open-fire cooking to the sweet and tender tail meat. You can also boil, steam, or broil the tails. Or try them split down the middle and filled with butter and seasoned bread crumbs for a classic baked stuffed lobster preparation.
Sold in 16-20 oz packs of raw, in-shell lobster tails (approximately 8-10oz each), sealed but not vacuumed due to sharp tails. Super-frozen for peak quality.

*All of our lobster products are wild-caught in the Gulf of Maine and are flash frozen within 24 hours of harvest to capture their succulent flavor and texture. You may notice some green liquid/paste - that's the lobster tomalley and is safe to eat. Many chefs use it to make sauce on the side. However, it is easily rinsed off if that is your preference.
