Sourced exclusively from estate vineyards in Veneto planted on gravelly, pebbly sedimentary soils, Da Mar Extra Dry Prosecco is produced from 100% sustainably farmed Glera harvested without herbicides. The fruit undergoes a gentle, low-pressure pressing before cold-settling and temperature-controlled primary fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs via the Charmat method in pressurized steel tanks, preserving the variety's volatile ester compounds. Unlike Brut expressions that clock in under 12 grams per liter of residual sugar, this Extra Dry style retains a slightly rounder dosage (typically 12-17 g/L), balancing Glera's natural malic acidity with a softer physical weight.

Fresh aromas of Bartlett pear, white peach, acacia flower, and lemon peel open the glass. A creamy mousse fills the palate, carrying crisp orchard fruit and subtle green apple notes before resolving into a clean, off-dry finish marked by saline minerality.
