Master Distiller Darryl McNally skillfully blends fine Irish malt and grain whiskeys to create this five year old expression.
Unlike standard commercial blends, this whiskey undergoes a highly specific aging process to build serious depth. The liquid rests in seasoned ex bourbon casks before finishing in half size virgin American oak barrels. This unique wood treatment imparts an incredible richness and complexity that easily sets it apart from ordinary Irish whiskeys on the shelf.
