It blends farm-grown Espadin agave with wild-harvested Cirial. The plants grow for eight to fourteen years before harvest. Local farmers cut the agave and roast it in earthen pits for four days. This traditional cooking method gives the spirit its signature touch of smoke. The roasted agave is fermented and then double distilled in copper stills.
