While standard London Dry gins rely on dried European juniper, Procera's use of fresh high-altitude berries yields a higher concentration of natural essential oils and resinous pinene. Distilled in a custom Müller copper pot still alongside ten other African botanicals-including Selim pepper, East African cardamom, and Swahili lime-this spirit delivers a textured, oil-dense core that completely redefines classical juniper intensity.

A lifted nose of green pine needles and zesty citrus opens into a broad, mouth-coating palate marked by impressive physical weight and viscous texture. Bright top notes of lime peel and cracked cardamom give way to grounded mid-palate layers of earthy nutmeg, toasted almond, and resinous berry oils.
